BreakThrough Study Group - Missoula (6:30PM - 8:00PM)

Monthly BreakThrough practice group in Missoula.

Date/Time: Wednesday, February 1st from 6:30-8pm.
Location: Sandy Sheppard's Optometry office located at 700 South Ave. West, Suite E. 
Prerequisite: Participants are required to have taken BreakThrough 1.
We will plan to review and practice using the BreakThrough Steps and share related articles and resources.

Also, please let us know if you are interested in participating in a BreakThrough group but this date doesn't work for you.
We are willing to adjust the schedule if enough folks are committed to joining the group, but are needing to meet on a different day of the week due to scheduling conflicts.
We would also be open to meeting more than 1x/month if the group is interested in more frequent meetings.
 
Supplies will be provided, the seats are comfy and the heat is on!
